Opis posla

        - Full P&L responsibility, ensuring overall operational stability, sustainable growth, and strong financial performance of the Croatian branch.
- Direct management and coaching of the commercial team, driving strategic sales initiatives, and actively shaping market presence.
- Supervising daily operations across key departments: Sales, Technical Service/Equipment Maintenance, and Logistics/Warehouse.
- Building and maintaining long-term, high-trust relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Close, transparent, and direct coordination with the German headquarters and owners.

Uvjeti:
- University degree (Master's) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 10 years in B2B sales or commercial roles.
- Proven track record in team leadership or running a local branch/subsidiary (SME background).
- Fluent English (mandatory). Knowledge of German (B2 level or fluent) is a strong advantage.
- Active driver with a valid Category B driver’s license.
