Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the three teams for accounting operations: merchants & distributors, general accounting, and payments & card operations
- Organize and oversee daily operational processes across all three teams
- Coordinate the monthly close process
- Own the timely, accurate recording of business events in line with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Manage communication with business partners, auditors, the tax authority, and other internal and external stakeholders
- Set up the accounting side of new product launches, working closely with team leads and colleagues from other verticals
- Optimize and automate accounting processes, and take an active part in developing the ERP system
- Manage projects within the area of responsibility in line with the annual plan and goals

Uvjeti:
Qualifications you bring:
- A university degree in economics or finance
- At least 5 years of experience leading an accounting team, including organizing work and developing people
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system
- A solid grasp of accounting and business processes, and a drive to keep improving and automating them
- Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS)
- Advanced Excel and excellent spoken and written English; familiarity with BI and AI tools is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as experience in coordinating multiple teams and external stakeholders
- An analytical, independent, and proactive approach
