CT-Technologies Group is a Danish Company specialized in design, supply and installation of insulated buildings and refrigeration systems for Cold Stores and Food Processing Plants. Having more than 30 years and +500 projects of experience we possess a unique knowledge to cater for our client’s specific demands within e.g. Cold Stores, Distribution Centres, Food Processing Plants, Clean Room and Data Centres. Currently we are executing c. 30 projects in 10 countries, mainly throughout Southeast Asia and Africa. 
Our Project and Engineering office CT-TECH d.o.o. in Sarajevo is looking to employ a Logistics Officer. Your role will be to ensure that all shipments are performed smoothly for our projects. Required skills

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration or other relevant education in supply chain management. 
3+ years of relevant experience.
Advantage: knowledge of handling cross-trade shipments and cross-trade logistics (movement of goods between two countries where the seller is physically located in a third country).
Knowledge of international trade terms.
Excellent English language knowledge, both verbal and written.  
Excellent cross-cultural communication (both oral and written).
Good planning and organizational skills.  
Excellent problem-solving capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities include

Acting as a support in implementing procedures related to shipping process. 
Tracking shipments, inventory, and supply of goods and ensuring that these are carried out on time and at the lowest possible cost. 
Working closely with internal (Project Managers, quotation team, procurement team, and finance team) and external (clients and sub-contractors) stakeholders to ensure appropriate supply of goods.
Supporting local offices in logistics and shipment matters.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with forwarding agents and taking part in negotiating contracts to obtain favourable terms.
Providing logistic support in the process of shipping of all incoming and outgoing shipments via land, air, or sea.
Reviewing and preparing documents for international customs procedures.
