Legal Counsel (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Provide pragmatic legal advice to management and business teams
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer, supplier, and partner agreements
- Support ICT, cloud, SaaS, managed services, and software-development projects
- Advise on GDPR, AI Act, NIS2, cybersecurity, and compliance matters
- Support public procurement procedures and contract execution
- Manage claims, disputes, and legal risks
- Coordinate external counsel when required
- Contribute to corporate governance and regulatory compliance

Uvjeti:
- Master of Laws degree (Bar exam considered an advantage)
- 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in-house or in the technology sector
- Strong experience in commercial contracting and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of ICT, software, cloud, and data-protection law
- Business-oriented mindset and ability to balance risk and opportunity
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and directly with senior management
