In this role, you will combine business process understanding with technical system implementation and gradually develop into an Oracle SCM implementation expert. You will work on real-world supply chain challenges while building deep expertise in enterprise systems, integrations, workflows, reporting, and digital transformation technologies.

Your role in our team
- Support international mid-sized and enterprise clients in the implementation and realization of Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management) solutions. 
- Configure and customize Oracle applications across supply chain domains such as procurement, inventory management, logistics, order management, manufacturing, planning, and warehouse operations. 
- Translate business requirements into system solutions, configurations, and functional or technical specifications. 
- Participate in implementation projects covering end-to-end supply chain processes and their integration with finance, logistics, manufacturing, and customer operations. 
- Configure workflows, approval processes, master data structures, business rules, and operational setups within Oracle applications. 
- Support integration topics involving APIs, interfaces, middleware, and connected enterprise systems. 
- Participate in testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT), issue analysis, and solution validation. 
- Support data migration, data quality activities, reporting structures, and go-live preparations. 
- Deliver end-user trainings and provide go-live and post-go-live support. 
- Collaborate closely with business consultants, developers, architects, and customer stakeholders. 
- Occasional travel to client sites.

Uvjeti:
Your profile:
- Degree or vocational background in business informatics, computer science, logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. 
- Initial hands-on experience in system implementation, configuration, process optimization, or technical support of business applications. 
- Understanding of supply chain and operational business processes such as procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, planning, manufacturing, or order fulfillment. 
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and how business processes are mapped in IT systems. 
- Technical affinity and interest in system configuration, data structures, reporting, integrations, or workflows. 
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, APIs, interfaces, or system integrations is considered an advantage. 
- Structured and analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills. 
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate between business and technical stakeholders. 
- Curiosity for technology, digital transformation, and modern cloud business applications. 
- Professional proficiency in English.
