Key Account Manager (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Formulate, execute, and monitor TAWAL’s account management strategy, policies, and procedures
- Drive revenue growth through diligent account planning, staying updated on client requirements, signing new and renewing existing MSAs with key accounts and 3rd party/ colocation accounts 
- Manage bid responses and investigate pricing strategies from a commercial perspective to ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Own client relationships with key accounts and 3rd party/colocation accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and awareness of TAWAL’s offerings
- Manage MSA terms and conditions and end-to-end life cycle of billing, invoicing, and financial settlements for key accounts and other third-party accounts in collaboration with respective TAWAL Europe and HQ teams
- Follow up on client requests, feedback, and complaints, and liaise with TAWAL Croatia and Europe teams for appropriate responses and/or resolutions 
- Develop and execute customer feedback surveys to measure and track customer experience metrics, and work with relevant parties to take actions to improve customer experience
- Monitor account financial health against set metrics and KPIs and project future requirements
- Formulate and manage mechanisms to update TAWAL HQ on account status, profitability, and KPI achievement
- Design and collate commercial templates and tools to support standardization of commercial activities
- Ensure compliance with commercial framework and guidelines and represent TAWAL's services effectively
- Oversee TAWAL's participation in internal and external events and exhibitions
- Attend to other responsibilities requested by the line manager

Uvjeti:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Master’s degree is preferred

Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in an account management or client-facing role

Functional Expertise (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, and relationships with key telecom operators is considered a plus 
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent negotiation and strong communication skills with the capability to present complex information clearly
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills including an ability to be a results-oriented team player
- Highly adaptable, and has an ability to adjust to constant changes both inside and outside the organization
- Proven computer skills including MS Office, CRM Software and similar
- Fluent in English, with previous experience where language skills are used to communicate with international leadership teams

The account manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with TAWAL’s clients (key accounts as well as colocation accounts), understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services. The primary focus of this role is to serve as the main point of contact for clients, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
