Junior Methods Engineer (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Assisting in the review of client documentation, technical specifications and relevant contractual requirements.
- Supporting the definition of offshore installation methods under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Preparing installation procedures, contingency procedures, manuals and method statements.
- Developing installation storyboards in coordination with the drafting team.
- Supporting the definition of installation aids and rigging requirements in line with applicable standards.
- Coordinating with internal disciplines such as installation analysis, drafting, naval architecture, structural engineering and pre-commissioning.
- Helping prepare and monitor installation schedules and engineering deliverables.
- Participating in technical meetings with internal teams, clients and subcontractors, when required.

Uvjeti:
This position is suitable for a junior profile, including recent graduates or candidates at the beginning of their engineering career who are interested in offshore installation methods and international project work.

Mandatory requirements
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, Maritime Engineering, Naval Architecture or a related technical discipline.
- Previous direct experience in offshore Oil & Gas or Renewables projects is not required.
- Professional level of written and spoken English.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical mindset, curiosity and motivation to learn from experienced engineers.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Additional assets
- Internship, student project or thesis related to offshore engineering, naval architecture, structural engineering, marine operations, renewables or a similar field.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, installation sequences, lifting/rigging principles or offshore construction activities.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards or specialized software
- Fluency in another language, such as Italian or French.
