As a Legal Associate you will support the legal team by assisting with commercial contracts, legal documents, and day-to-day legal matters across the business.  

This is a great opportunity for an early-career legal professional to develop practical in-house experience, while working closely with cross-functional teams in international environment. 

Responsibilities: 
• Review, draft a wide range of commercial agreements, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and RFP documentation.  
• Help ensure contracts align with internal policies, legal requirements, and compliance obligations.  
• Maintain accurate contract records and support contract lifecycle management processes. 
• Assisting with the development and improvement of template agreements and playbooks. 
• Supporting the business on client-facing and vendor negotiations. 

Experience and skills:  
• Around 1 year in business, law office or in-house team. 
• Law degree 
• Willingness to learn and develop in international environment 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail 
• Ability to prioritize and work collaboratively with different stakeholders. 
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken
