Junior Key account manager (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Execute local sales plans and strategy in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers
- Develop and execute action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap
- Deliver sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % / GP %) in territory / at defined account
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors, communcate with KAM / Sales team on specific customers tasks and priorities  
- Coordinate with technical customer service to conduct line trials, (re)solve customer requests and complaints, coordinate education implementation and sales impact with technical advisors 
- Execute pricing, promotional actions and KAM strategy (listing, promotions)  
- Manage and/ or steer distributor salesforce / 3rd Party Representation  
- Ensure execution in excellence at point of sales, merchandising and brand representation in stores / salons  
- Conduct field, market, jobsite or store visits; follows up on store implementation/promotion, in-store stock levels, identify gaps

Uvjeti:
- You have bachelor or master degree in economics field
- You have at least 1 year of experience in sales or similar roles
- You have great skills in crisis handling, customer research, identifying key player roles, networking
- Great communication skills, team player, independent
- Fluent in English and Croatian
- Driving license B category
