        - Maintain & Monitor: Keep our MySQL and Postgres instances healthy across Debian-based environments.
- Optimize: Troubleshoot slow queries and service-level bottlenecks.
- Automate: Write scripts (Bash/Python) to make manual tasks disappear.
- Scale: Assist SMEs in deploying replication and HA solutions.
- Learn: Graduate from "handling tickets" to "architecting systems."

Uvjeti:
- Intermediate SQL Skills: You know your way around a JOIN and a subquery, and you understand why a backup is only as good as its last restore.
- Linux Fluency: You are comfortable in a Debian terminal, managing services, and tweaking iptables.
- Scripting Basics: You’ve written enough code to know that if you have to do it twice, you should script it.
- Curiosity: You’d rather understand why a query is slow than just kill the process.

Benefiti:
- Familiarity with Puppet, Ansible, or Kubernetes.
- Experience with Cloud providers (AWS or GCP).
- A background in High-Availability environments.
- The Path Forward This role starts with a late-afternoon CET shift to facilitate 1-on-1 training. As you gain autonomy and "stand on your own," we are open to transitioning into a split-shift or earlier schedule.
