Junior Accountant (m/f/d)

        For our IRONMAN business in DACCH (Germany, Austria, Croatia, Switzerland) based out of our office in Zagreb, Croatia, we are actively looking for a highly motivated, fluent English speaking Junior Accountant (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day accounting for our DACCH entities, including but not limited to:
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and processing changes in General Ledger accounts, in accordance with company accounting policies, and applicable tax regulations
- Ensuring accurate posting of incoming and outgoing invoices (accounts, cost centers, VAT)
- Reconciliation of customer accounts; follow-up and management of receivables and collections
- Participating in the preparation of weekly payments according to the cash forecast, including reviewing and posting payment transactions
- Review of travel expense reports
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure synergy and process efficiency
- Supporting the preparation of internal monthly reporting, including journal corrections, accruals, and account analysis

Uvjeti:
Skills and competencies:
- Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of the German and / or French language is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in accounting or auditing
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be extremely diligent about working with international colleagues at all levels and ensuring that deadlines are always met
- Ability to manage diversity in job responsibilities with precision and accuracy in work
- Must be hands-on, able to multi-task and show proper level of time management
- Excellent skills in MS Office and Finance applications
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite accounting software and Power BI is an advantage
