Jewellery Retoucher - Product Editor (m/f)

        Vacier is a design-driven jewellery brand built on minimalism, material integrity, and precision. We sell our products worldwide, and our visual identity is an essential part of how the product is experienced.
We are looking for an experienced Jewelery Retoucher with a strong eye for detail, colour, light, texture and composition. You will work across different types of jewellery imagery, including studio product photography, campaign and lifestyle photography, and on-model imagery, bringing each image to Vacier's visual standard while keeping materials and the overall look natural and refined.
Your Role
You will work closely with our Creative Director and creative team to retouch and prepare visual assets across different types of content. This role requires an understanding of jewellery, skin, fabric, environments, reflective surfaces, highlights, shadows, texture and colour, with the ability to deliver polished, premium results without over-retouching.
Key Responsibilities
Retouching

Retouch jewellery across studio, campaign, lifestyle, and on-model photography to a premium commercial standard, preserving natural material characteristics
Remove dust, scratches, and distractions without flattening texture or depth
Refine reflections, highlights, shadows, and surface detail on metals and gemstones
Retouch skin, fabric, and environment in on-model or lifestyle shots while keeping the jewellery integrated and natural
Refine edges, shape, and overall presentation where needed

Colour & Consistency

Match colour, brightness, contrast, warmth, saturation, and tone across products, collections, and shoot types (studio, campaign, on-model) shot under different lighting and settings
Review your own work at high detail before delivery (colour, reflections, texture, cropping, alignment)
Identify and correct inconsistencies before final delivery
Maintain a consistent retouching approach over time, refining based on brand feedback

Delivery

Prepare and export final imagery to specification for Vacier's website and e-commerce channels, across formats
Work through volume efficiently without compromising quality

Qualifications

1+ years of professional experience in product, jewellery, fashion, beauty, luxury, or commercial retouching
Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Strong understanding of colour, light, reflections, texture and material behaviour
Strong understanding of AI applications on images

Bonus Points

Experience working specifically with jewellery brands
Experience with luxury, fashion or premium product brands
Experience with campaign, lifestyle or on-model photography
Experience with Adobe Lightroom or Capture One
