IT Trainer - French Speaking (m/f)

        We are looking for a new colleague to join the international Training Team at AGS Zagreb - someone who enjoys working with people, explaining things clearly, and learning how business processes and IT tools work. 

The primary role of the IT Trainer is to train users in AGS branches around the world in the use of the Group’s industry-specific IT tools and applications.

Most training is delivered online, meaning you will regularly work with colleagues and users across different countries, cultures and time zones.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering online training sessions to employees in AGS branches around the world
- Explaining and demonstrating our business IT tools in a clear and engaging way
- Supporting users as they learn and move towards independent use of new systems
- Maintaining accurate training records and monitoring user progress
- Creating and updating presentations, guides, videos and other training materials
- Identifying training needs for individual users, teams and branches
- Following up after training to help ensure knowledge is successfully transferred into day-to-day work
- Working closely with colleagues in Training, IT and operational teams across the Group
- Following established training procedures and standards

A significant part of the role involves delivering training and supporting French-speaking users, so you should feel comfortable explaining concepts, answering questions and communicating professionally in French.

English is the everyday working language of the team.

PowerApps and PowerAutomate:
We use Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate extensively in our day-to-day work. Automation helps us save significant time and enables a relatively small Training Team to support a population of several thousand employees worldwide. If you already have experience with either of these tools, please make sure to tell us - it’s a major bonus! If not, no worries at all: you’ll receive training and have plenty of opportunity to learn how to use them.

Initial training and practical experience
Before becoming a fully autonomous member of the Training Team, you will complete a structured six-month initial training and trial period.

During this time, you will gain hands-on experience of the industry, our business processes and the activities performed by the employees who use our systems.

We want our trainers to understand not only how our applications work, but also why particular processes are carried out in a particular way.

The aim is that, once you begin delivering training independently, you can speak about our systems and processes with genuine understanding and authority and provide users with practical, informed guidance.

The position is a full-time permanent role, subject to successful completion of the initial six-month training and trial period.

Most training is delivered online, although there may occasionally be a requirement to travel internationally to support a training or deployment project in person. 

The role is based at our office near Velika Gorica.

Uvjeti:
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience as an IT trainer is not required.

French language: A minimum B2 level of French is essential.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in roles involving teaching, presenting, coaching or transferring knowledge to others. This could include experience as a:
- Primary or secondary school teacher
- University assistant or lecturer
- Language school teacher or instructor
- Internal company trainer
- Customer support or onboarding specialist
- Employee in another role involving presentations, demonstrations or knowledge sharing

You do not need to come from an IT background, and programming knowledge is not required. What matters more is that you are curious, organised, confident in your communication and willing to learn.

Knowledge or experience of the international removals industry would be a strong advantage, but it is not essential.
