The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated IT Compliance Analyst to support incident management, evidence collection and test management for our Governance, Risk, and Compliance program. In this role you will work with Systems, Deployments, Network, and Support staff to track and document evidence, manage projects, and improve our compliance workflows to help us drive better automation and operational scalability. The right candidate will be independently productive, able to coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders at once, and centrally track projects to completion. 

Key Responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders to document and collect evidence for for key IT systems 
• Access internal systems to conduct control testing and data collection against test frameworks
• Support audit and inventory lifecycle operations across data centers and POPs
• Follow up and ensure evidence is submitted and correctly documented by partner teams
• Triage security alerts and support Incident Response Team operations

What We’re Looking For
• Background in Systems Administration with experience in project management, operations, or program management.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix-based environments and scripting.
• Strong foundation in networking technologies.
• Solid understanding of web servers and applications
• Experience with GRC or Compliance tooling (Vanta, Drata, Secureframe, etc.)
• Proficiency with project management tools (MSFT Project, GitLab Epics, Trello, Asana, etc.) and practices (Gantt charts, RACIs, critical path etc.)
• Self-directed and reliable in an async environment 
• CISSP or familiarity with common frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001) a plus
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a similar technical field
• Fluent English.
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

The Position

This is a full-time, remote position for candidates located in Bosnia.
