IT Application Manager (m/ž)

        We are looking for an experienced IT Application Manager to join our growing team and support our customers' business-critical applications. In this role, you will ensure the stable operation, administration and continuous improvement of legacy systems and their integrations.

Working closely with customers, internal teams and external partners, you will take ownership of day-to-day application operations, technical coordination, incident resolution and application-related projects. You will also contribute to customer integrations, software releases and the continuous improvement of operational processes.

We are looking for a proactive, communicative professional with a strong technical background, a hands-on mindset and the ability to work independently in a customer-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and support customers' business-critical applications and legacy systems
- You will work with the following applications (among others): Navision, Object Designer, BizTalk, Axway, WorldLine WLP Front Office
- Ensure the stable operation of applications and connected interfaces
- Monitor daily batch jobs and background processes
- Analyse, investigate and resolve incidents, problems and operational issues
- Coordinate troubleshooting and technical activities with customers, internal teams and external service providers
- Create and work with incident, service and change tickets by following standardized workflows
- Manage users and roles within business applications
- Support end users with technical and functional questions
- Perform and document SQL updates and create operational reports
- Configure and maintain technical integrations and data exchange with external partners (e.g. configure automated file transfer with proper logging, reporting and alerting using standard tooling in customer’s environment)
- Contribute to the standardisation and automation of operational workflows
- Support software updates, releases, maintenance activities and production deployments
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides and operational procedures

Uvjeti:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft system administration (e.g. checking event logs, scheduled jobs, RDP)
- Basic knowledge of networking and network troubleshooting (e.g. what can go wrong and what can be done if transfer of files between two servers does not work)
- Knowledge of file transfer mechanisms in different environments and scenarios
- Basic file manipulation (what type of file did you receive, what is the content of the file, is it compressed, encrypted, check hash of the file)
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell (how to troubleshoot network, run a simple script, write a simple script, use AI to write and review simple script, ability to read and comprehend what AI wrote)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (windows event logs, alerts, different log types etc)
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (connect to database, write simple queries, make updates to the data)
- Experience with incident, problem and change management (how to behave in an incident, ITIL change management and approval processes, internal drive to document and work through project management tool - Atlassian Jira)
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners and internal teams (there is a lot of domain knowledge and you must be communicative and inquisitive enough to find out answers that cannot be found on the net)
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities (requirement for working from home most of the time)
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset (required for working from home most of the time)
- Reasonable knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) is required as partners are German speaking and English is official language. Interview will be partially in German

Bonus points:
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Experience with Navision, Object Designer, BizTalk, Axway, WorldLine WLP Front Office
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS)
- Experience working with Linux environments
- Experience with process automation and operational improvements

Salary ranges (Gross HR 1):
- Mid - up to 3400 €/month
- Senior - up to 5000 €/month
- Lead - from 4000 €/month
