Invoice Accountant (m/f/d)

Opis posla

        - Control of incoming invoices (quantity, price, payment conditions, payment address, etc.)
- Clarifications regarding credit notes, complaints, reminders
- Checking the delivery notes for individual invoices
- Clarification with the individual departments and suppliers
- Saving the documents in the data archive
- Posting of invoices and credit notes in the ERP system
- Approval of the invoice (price checked)
- Preparing reports for Head of SCM
- Preparing reports for internal meetings (open invoices – cash flow statement)
- Checking the customs documentation
- Posting of invoices
- Monitoring of open accounts and closing
- Preparing reports

Uvjeti:
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
- Familiar with the accounting regulations
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work on multiple tasks
- Good command of Croatian is required, along with good English skills (German is an advantage)
- Work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
