Image Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

        You don't need prior optics experience – you will learn with us.  

You will start with clear tasks such as:  

- Running tests that help us understand how optics behave in our camera modules - “lens and module onboarding” 
- Evaluating basic image quality parameters like sharpness (MTF), colour reproduction, noise reduction, and auto white balance.  
- Learning how to configure optical equipment such as light sources, collimators, geometric calibration devices, etc.
- Assessing effects of mechanical tolerances and environmental conditions on our products 
- Supporting automatization processes that will help produce our camera modules with highest quality 
- Using Python and SQL (or learning them gradually) to analyze and optimize product quality and perform root cause analysisledge and skills.

We're looking for someone who is:  

- Curious and eager to understand how imaging systems work  
- Open to learning new tools, technologies and methods  
- Comfortable collaborating and communicating with teammates 
- Motivated, reliable, and proactive  
- Interested in optics, physics, automation and programming  
- Able to work on-site in Čakovec  
- Has no trouble communicating in English every day  

A degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or a similar field is a strong foundation.
