Human Resources Business Partner (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
- Assist with employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate employee benefits and training activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR data in HR systems.
- Prepare HR reports and support HR projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other departments to deliver effective HR support.

Uvjeti:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
- Good understanding of HR practices and local employment legislation.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Fluent in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
