Opis posla
Payroll & Administration
- Manage and continuously improve payroll systems and processes
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing (salaries, benefits, taxes, etc.)
- Administer employee benefits and working time records
- Monitor and report HR KPIs
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal policies
- Develop and monitor control mechanisms
- Advise employees and managers on HR-related matters
- Manage employee relations and support dispute resolution processes
Employee Engagement
- Manage employee relations
- Handle employee complaints and conflicts
- Lead disciplinary procedures
Localization & Business Support
- Adapt global HR materials to the local market
- Manage translations and support the implementation of HR tools
Office Administration
- Organize and oversee day-to-day office operations
- Cooperate with suppliers and external service providers
- Manage office processes and provide support to employees
Fleet Management
- Manage the company fleet
- Monitor costs and ensure compliance with company policies
Uvjeti:
- University degree (preferably in Economics, Human Resources, or a related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Excellent command of English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
