Opis posla

        Step into a strategic leadership role where you will shape and drive our regional talent acquisition function, enabling business growth across multiple markets. In this role, you will:
- Create and implement a robust EMEA TA strategy, aligning closely with Sales, Operations, HR and Recruitment Marketing to meet both growth and attrition demands.
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters. You’ll foster a culture of transparent communication, clear objectives, and continuous performance improvement.
- Move beyond traditional methods. You will provide proactive and creative recruitment solutions to stay ahead in a competitive market.
- Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and vendors, ensuring expectations are managed and exceeded.
- Manage regional budget planning, ensure efficient cost management, and oversee quality assurance and risk management across all TA activities.

Uvjeti:
- Experience: 7-10 years in recruitment, with at least 4 years in a management role. Deep knowledge of the Contact Center or BPO industry and experience with managing People Managers is highly preferred.
- Digital Savvy: A strong background in digital candidate attraction, social media recruitment and working alongside recruitment marketing teams.
- Communication: Exceptional English skills (B2+/C1) and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. German is nice to have.
- Mindset: A positive, service-oriented attitude with the resilience to maintain focus and quality in a high-pressure, international environment.
- Mobility: Willingness and availability for occasional travel across the region (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Germany, Greece, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia)
