        Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for strategic procurement, including international supplier management, price and contract negotiations, and leveraging cross-location procurement and sourcing potentials
- Responsibility for operational procurement and demand-oriented material supply to ensure economical and smooth production processes
- Ensuring material availability and actively managing critical supply, delivery, and escalation situations
- Active involvement in strategically important procurement processes, tenders, supplier negotiations, and complex purchasing issues
- Ensuring competitive procurement conditions through active cost, inventory, and risk management, as well as continuous optimization of supplier performance
- Close collaboration with Production, Production Planning, Research & Development, and other relevant company departments
- Further development of procurement processes, structures, and systems for the sustainable optimization of the purchasing department
- Contribution to strategic corporate projects and support of the management team on procurement, cost, and supply-related matters
- Leadership, motivation, and development of the procurement team

Uvjeti:
- Completed commercial or technical education (e.g., HAK, HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University) and several years of experience in strategic and operational procurement within a manufacturing company, or a comparable professional qualification
- Enthusiastic and experienced procurement professional willing to take operational responsibility even in critical procurement and supply situations
- Solid experience in international sourcing, supplier management, as well as price, terms, and contract negotiations
- Strong understanding of production processes, material supply, inventory management, and supply chain dynamics
- Several years of leadership experience and the ability to guide employees in a goal-oriented manner, foster their development, and clearly delegate responsibility
- High technical and commercial competence, along with a strong cost and results awareness
- Proficient use of SAP and common ERP and analytical tools
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial personality with strong decision-making and implementation skills
- Communicative, appreciative, and team-oriented leadership personality with a hands-on mentality
