        - create the Bank's CRM and customer analytics development strategy and lead its implementation
- build the system step by step, from core functionalities to personalised recommendations for every customer
- choose solutions that bring real value both to the people we serve and to the business
- use data to identify the right person, the right offer and the right moment
- build analytical and predictive models that help attract new clients, offer them more and retain them in the long term
- measure campaign performance and track how CRM affects client engagement and business results
- lead and develop your team and introduce new technologies and best practices

Uvjeti:
- you hold a university degree in economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science or a related field
- you have at least 10 years of work experience in a relevant field, including at least 5 years in CRM or customer and data analytics
- you have worked with CRM platforms and developed solutions that offer clients personalised experiences
- you use advanced analytical methods, and experience in building AI-powered predictive models will be a strong advantage
- you have led a team and know how to motivate and develop it
- you collaborate successfully with different teams, from sales and marketing to digital business and IT
- you have an excellent command of English
- you think strategically, are results-oriented and enjoy solving complex challenges
- you follow developments in CRM, analytics and artificial intelligence and apply them in practice
