Opis posla
- Monitor and manage all global HR processes (except recruitment and C&B).
- Set up the processes and tools for career development, performance management, talent and key people management, etc.
- Manage the end-to-end L&D process from training needs analysis of content development through suppliers.
- Deal with transformation and automation of HR processes which are fit for mid-size product organization, aiming for excellent employee experience.
- Focus on the implementation of HRIS (Workday preferably) and the optimization of HR process related tools.
- Improve the overall employee experience and employee engagement initiatives.
- Cover the administration of process related documents, defining policies, reports and KPIs, action plans for KPIs improvement and tracking.
Uvjeti:
- 10+ years working experience
- Proven HR experience with strong exposure to global HR processes such as performance management, talent management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and transforming HR processes in complex, international organizations.
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS), including participation in HRIS implementation, configuration, or transformation projects. Experience with Workday and SuccessFactors is considered a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of HR tools, process governance, policy creation, and KPI frameworks, including reporting and performance monitoring.
- Experience managing Learning & Development processes end-to-end, including training needs analysis, vendor management, and learning program implementation.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive change across global teams and stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with HR leadership, HRIS providers, and external vendors.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational capability to design, implement, and optimize HR processes and tools.
- Experience in large multinational organizations (experience in the Atos environment or similar organizations is considered an advantage).
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive transformation initiatives from concept to implementation.
