Group IT System Engineer (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Manage incidents and service requests through the Service Desk tool, ensuring SLA compliance and high service quality.
- Integration of diverse systems, networks, and servers to achieve the overall aim of system integration using on-prem and Azure technologies.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and debugging system issues to increase the performance of on-prem and cloud platforms.
- Test and validate system changes, enhancements, and fixes to ensure stability and performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and process flows.
- Apply software and hardware integration best practices to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support infrastructure projects, system integrations, and operational improvements.

Uvjeti:
- Windows server 2019/2022/2025, Hyper-V, High Availability clusters, Office 365 platform and Azure
- Server hardware, management and administration
- Storage management and administration
- Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP,RDS
- Veeam backup platform
- System Center Tools: SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM
- Basic MS SQL administration
- Basics of scripting (Powershell, Bash)
- At least 3 years of experience in similar jobs
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced in English (both spoken and written)
- Knowledge in business processes is an advantage
