        Our client, Voith Hydro Bosnia (part of the Voith Group), is a company specializing in the manufacturing of components for hydropower plant equipment, with its headquarters located in Lukavac (Industrial Zone). To support the further development of its business operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of:

Global KPI & Processes Lead (m/f) - Manufacturing Governance 
 
(Lukavac, Tuzla)

Your tasks
• Definition and further development of the global manufacturing KPI system
• Ensuring consistent KPI definitions and data logic
• Responsibility for the SOP lifecycle
• Compliance with relevant regulations and requirements
• Conducting global performance reviews
• Tracking and follow-up of performance improvement measures
• Governance of best practices and standardization decisions
• Collection and validation of KPI data
• Execution of deviation and root cause analyses
• Reporting to the Global Head of Manufacturing and close collaboration with Planning & IT, Industrial Engineering and Master Scheduling
• Ensure close loop performance steering from KPIs to action and measurable impact

Your profile
• University degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience with KPI systems and process governance
• Strong analytical skills as well as excellent governance, and communication competence
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel internationally
