Join our engineering team delivering AI-enabled solutions for leading companies in the fintech sector. You will develop modern applications, services and integration layers that bring AI capabilities into production and create real business value for our clients. 

As you will collaborate directly with German-speaking customers and stakeholders, professional working proficiency in German and English is required. 

Responsibilities: 
- Build full-stack applications and services for AI-enabled enterprise use cases 
- Design and implement APIs, backend services and integrations 
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows 
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to deliver production-ready solutions 
- Support deployment and operation of applications in enterprise environments 
- Ensure reliability, security and scalability of delivered systems 
- Contribute to evaluation and adoption of AI technologies

Uvjeti:
Your Profile: 
- 3–7+ years of full-stack development experience 
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills 
- Experience with React, Angular or similar frameworks 
- Backend experience with Node.js, Java or Python 
- Experience building APIs and web applications 
- Good understanding of software architecture and system integration 
- Interest in AI, ML and Generative AI (or motivation to learn) 
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD 
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases 

Nice to have:
- Experience with AI/ML or GenAI applications 
- Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex) 
- Experience building AI features (RAG, agents, copilots)
