We hire fast for the right people. This is an ASAP position with paid training and immediate start.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker to join our brokerage team. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and booking freight for US-based shippers and carriers, managing load coverage from pickup to delivery, and building the kind of carrier and customer relationships that drive long-term results.
This role operates on a 14:00 to 23:00 shift, in-office in Sarajevo. No remote arrangements are available for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source and book freight using industry-standard load boards and tools including DAT, Truckstop, and others
• Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers to meet margin targets
• Manage loads from pickup through delivery, maintaining communication with all parties
• Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships with carriers and customers
• Collaborate with dispatch, tracking, and customer service teams on a daily basis
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned lanes and regions
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in US freight brokerage — mandatory
• Strong working knowledge of the US trucking market, freight lanes, and load board tools
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• College degree preferred
• CV must be in English with accurate employment history matching your LinkedIn profile
