Financial Risk Analyst (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Analyze and investigate transactions, accounts and reports to spot suspected fraud, and take the right action quickly
- Run KYC (Know Your Client) checks and verify customer information using our internal tools
- Assess risk across accounts including negative- balance and tolerance cases and find fair, practical solutions
- Spot risk patterns, escalate the right cases to the right teams, and keep clear, up-to-date records as you go
- Flag operational issues early, before they turn into big ones
- Share what you learn: help train teammates and keep everyone up to date on the latest changes across the platforms we support, suggest changes and improvements

Uvjeti:
- Enjoy digging into detail and catching what others miss
- Have experience in financial services 
- Can make sound decisions quickly, even under pressure
- Communicate clearly in writing and out loud
- Work well both on your own and as part of a team
- Are confident with MS Office and happy to pick up new software
- Are happy to work in shifts, either mornings (06:00–14:00) or afternoons (14:00–22:00)
