Financial Operations Analyst (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Analyze and investigate transactions, accounts and reports to spot suspected fraud, and take the right action quickly
- Get to the root cause of client inquiries by requesting and reviewing the relevant documentation
- Use our internal tools to gather client information and verify that data is legitimate
- Identify and escalate different types of risk to the right teams, and loop in leadership when a case needs it
- Keep client accounts confidential and secure at every step
- Share what you learn: help train teammates and keep everyone up to date on the latest changes across the platforms we support, suggest changes and improvements

Uvjeti:
- Have experience in financial services 
- Enjoy digging into detail and catching what others miss
- Can make sound decisions quickly
- Communicate clearly in writing and out loud
- Work well both on your own and as part of a team
- Are confident with MS Office and happy to pick up new software
- Are happy to work in shifts, either mornings (06:00–14:00) or afternoons (14:00–22:00)
