Financial & Business Controller (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Preparing and supporting monthly financial reporting in line with internal and Group requirements
- Performing variance analyses and providing meaningful insights into business performance and financial results
- Participating in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and financial planning processes
- Supporting project controlling activities by tracking financial performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Contributing to the continuous development and optimization of cost accounting processes and value stream monitoring
- Supporting the Head of Controlling and local management with ad hoc analyses and reporting requests
- Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial data used for controlling and decision-making purposes

Uvjeti:
- Completed studies in Business Administration, with relevant additional training in Controlling, Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of operational controlling experience in an industrial SME environment
- Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Power BI
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of German, Italian or Spanish would be considered an advantage
