FINANCE CONTROLLING ASSOCIATE 
Location: Sarajevo 

Job Summary: 

Supports the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring processes. This role involves assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, while ensuring that business activities align with strategic goals and financial targets. Works closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that support decision-making. 

 Position Responsibilities: 
• Preparation and analysis of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) 
• Monitoring costs and analyzing variances vs. budget and forecasts 
• Participation in budgeting and forecasting processes (aligned with group requirements) 
• Analysis of profit and cost centers, customers, and products 
• Preparation of profitability analysis and financial simulations 
• Preparation of ad hoc reports in accordance with company needs 
• Close collaboration with the accounting department and other teams 
• Participation in audits and related processes. 

 Education: 
• Degree in Economics (Bachelor or Master) 

Experience: 
• The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience with finance  
• Knowledge and understanding of fundamentals and financial reporting 
• Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable 

Knowledge and Skills: 
• Understanding financial planning, budgeting, controlling principles, business processes and cost management 
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy 
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with effective communication and interpersonal skills 
• Advanced knowledge of Excel 
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment 
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
