Finance Business Partner (m/f/d)

Opis posla

        - End-to-end business partnering and controlling support for innovation and product development activities across the  entire product lifecycle
- Providing transparency and actionable insights from idea generation and portfolio management through development, market launch, growth, maturity, and end-of-life phases
- Supporting management in strategic decision-making by analyzing innovation investments, business cases, project performance, and lifecycle profitability
- Developing and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor innovation, R&D, and product portfolio performance
- Supporting management from strategy development and planning through to operational management and control
- Actively contributing to profit improvement by creating transparency and initiating appropriate measures
- Participating in functional expert groups for the continuous development of financial methods and tools
- Contributing to organizational projects, with the opportunity to lead work packages
- Collaborating with national and international sales and manufacturing subsidiaries

Uvjeti:
- University degree in economics, preferably accounting, auditing or finance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in controlling or comparable business functions
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently
- Interest in technical solutions and their marketing to industrial customers
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
- Fluency in English
