Opis posla

        - Identify and secure new business locations in line with the company’s growth strategy
- Lead negotiations with landlords, developers and business partners
- Renegotiate and optimize existing lease agreements and commercial terms
- Analyze location performance and business potential to support decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Coordinate expansion and investment projects, ensuring timely execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and development opportunities
- Prepare reports and business analyses related to expansion activities
- Contribute to achieving business growth and expansion objectives

Uvjeti:
- Experience in expansion, business development, commercial real estate or a similar field
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical thinking and sound business judgment
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently
- Good command of English
- Valid driving licence
