Equipment Maintenance Operator (PLC) (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Perform mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance on various manufacturing equipment, PLCs, control networks, instrumentation, drives/servos, and electrical system
- Configure systems such as DCSs, SCADA, and HMIs
- Maintain backups, documentation, and software revisions as part of maintaining these computer-based control systems
- Identify, evaluate, and eliminate safety risks
- Troubleshoot and repair routine and advanced electrical issues, and mechanical issues as needed
- Provide technical support to reduce losses and support the team’s equipment ownership improvements
- Working on the production floor to deliver results, assisting in equipment maintenance, setup, and changeover

Uvjeti:
- Fluent English
- HMI settings and user interface logic
- PLC logic and control sequences
- Proven experience with machines & equipment control systems programming and maintaining
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in a high-volume production environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing automated production lines
- The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work flexible schedules
