English-Speaking Guest Services Representative (m/f/d)

        Become the friendly voice of a global entertainment icon, creating magical moments for guests of all ages. In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional support to our guests via inbound calls, emails, and chats — assisting with orders, payments, product inquiries, returns, promotions, account access, and technical questions, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience
- Listen actively, empathize, and resolve guest concerns efficiently, always aiming to exceed expectations
- Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed, ensuring smooth resolution
- Confidently navigate multiple systems while keeping guests informed with clear and patient updates
- Work independently yet collaboratively in a fast-paced, structured virtual environment with a full-time schedule, managing high volumes of guest interactions
- Work shifts Monday through Sunday, between 9 am and 9 pm from our Zagreb office

Uvjeti:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1 or native level)
- Friendly, empathetic attitude with strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask while assisting guests and maintain professionalism at all times
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Solid computer skills and quick adaptability to new tools and processes
- Positive mindset with eagerness to deliver outstanding guest experiences
