Are you fluent in English, customer-focused, and interested in joining an international customer experience project?
We are looking for English-speaking Coffee Specialists to join a new team with TP in
Bosnia & Herzegovina.
This opportunity combines an international working environment, comprehensive onboarding in Sarajevo, and the flexibility of working from home following the completion of training.
Your Role
As a Coffee Specialist, you will communicate with customers and provide professional, friendly and solution-oriented support.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting customers through spoken and written communication
Understanding customer questions and providing clear and accurate information
Delivering a high-quality customer experience
Documenting customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems
Following established procedures and quality standards
Working toward individual and team performance targets
Representing the project professionally in every customer interaction

What We Are Looking For:


English proficiency at C1 level
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Strong customer-service orientation
Good computer and digital skills
Professional and positive communication style
Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment
Flexibility to work within the projects operating schedule
Availability to attend the complete onboarding program in Sarajevo
Availability to start on the 23rd of September or the 1st of October 2026

Previous customer service or contact-center experience is an advantage, but strong communication skills, motivation and English proficiency are especially important.
Training & Onboarding in Sarajevo

The onboarding program lasts 4 weeks in total and takes place in Sarajevo, Monday to Friday.
For candidates who live outside Sarajevo, TP will provide:

100% accommodation during the training period
Transportation from the candidate's city of residence to Sarajevo
Transportation related to the onboarding period
Weekend return transportation to the candidate's city of residence if theemployee chooses to return home

After training, the position transitions primarily to Work at Home (WAHA).
Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: 1,760 BAM gross per month
Performance Bonus: Up to 500 BAM gross per month
In addition:

Meal Allowance: 14.50 BAM net per working day
Internet Allowance: 60 BAM net per month
