        Dispatcher (USA market) 

Pioneer Logistics organizes transportation across the US market. We work with international clients, manufacturers, and freight forwarders to make sure every shipment arrives on time, without surprises. We're looking for someone who enjoys a fast pace, likes working with people, and gets a kick out of solving logistics puzzles every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Work with international clients, organizing and overseeing transportation.

• Phone and email contact with manufacturers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.

• Preparing, monitoring, and handing over shipping documentation.

• Overseeing the shipping process from A to Z.

• Acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships with them.

Who We're Looking For

• Interest in logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding.

• High level of energy and enthusiasm.

• Good English language skills (minimum B2 level).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Independence and determination.

• Strong time management skills.

• Motivation to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales.

• Experience in a similar role.

What We Offer

• Stable pay (base rate 900-1000 USD plus commission).

• Working hours aligned with the US market: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (with a 1-hour break).

• Cooperation on an independent contractor basis.

• Training in freight forwarding and transportation.
