        Job Title: Dispatcher

Location: Banja Luka (remote work)

Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team in Banja Luka. The
Dispatch role is essential to the success of our daily operations. The ideal candidate
will thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and possess strong
communication, problem solving and negotiation skills. We are also looking for
someone who is willing to work Monday to Friday, second shift.

Key Responsibilities

 • Coordinate
     loads from booking through delivery, working closely with the Tracking
     team to resolve any operational issues

 • Negotiate
     load rates and confirm load details to ensure accurate and timely
     execution

 • Communicate
     with carriers, drivers and internal teams to resolve operational
     issues and ensure smooth load execution

 • Assist
     with documentation and record-keeping for all active load
•  Monitor and resolve pick-up/delivery issues
• Record, update and maintain accurate information in logistics software system
• Perform other related duties as required to support smooth operations

Skills 

 • Proficiency
     in English, both written and spoken

 • Computer
     literacy; experience with dispatching and with transportation software

 •  Communication
     and organizational skills

 • Ability
     to multitask effectively
