These roles are essential to the success of our daily operations. We are looking for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining efficient, compliant, and professional transportation services.
We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Dispatcher for a U.S.-based transportation (trucking) company. This is an in-office position.

Job responsibilities
Your main focus will be day-to-day dispatch operations and communication with drivers.

Communicate with truck drivers in English
Plan and coordinate loads and routes
Enter and manage data in dispatch software
Monitor trips and resolve pick-up/delivery issues

Requirements
We are open to candidates with strong potential and willingness to learn.

Some experience in dispatching is preferred, but not required
Good English skills (spoken and written)
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Maps, email, etc.)
Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
Willingness to work U.S. business hours (evening and after hours daily shift)
