Dispatch - Tracker / Night Shift (Brčko Office) (m/ž)

Opis posla

        We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dispatch / Tracking Associate to join our growing logistics team in our Brčko office. This role involves tracking and dispatching a fleet of Sprinter vans and/or semi trucks operating throughout the United States market.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and track active loads and shipments across the USA
Communicate with drivers and customers regarding load updates and delivery status
Dispatch Sprinter vans and semi trucks efficiently
Manage and update transportation systems and load boards
Solve problems quickly and professionally during live operations
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth freight movement

Requirements:

Experience using Sylectus, DAT, and other common transportation/logistics platforms is required
Strong spoken and written English skills are a must
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
Outgoing personality with strong teamwork and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous dispatching or tracking experience preferred
