My Staffing Partner is a growing staffing and operations company supporting multiple US-based logistics businesses. Our team is built on professionalism, real experience, and a commitment to developing the people who join us.

This position sits at the operational core of a live US logistics operation. You will be working nights, supporting active loads, communicating with drivers, and keeping brokers and customers informed in real time. It is a role that requires focus, reliability, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

We are hiring immediately. Entry-level applicants are welcome — we provide paid training and a full onboarding process.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Dispatch and Tracking Assistant to support our US logistics operations on the night shift. This is a combined dispatch support and load tracking position — one person responsible for both functions across an active fleet and brokerage.

You will assist with coordinating drivers and loads, monitor in-transit shipments, and provide timely updates to brokers and customers throughout the shift. Shift start time is either 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM local time — exact hours will be discussed and confirmed during the interview process.

This is an in-office position in Brcko. No remote arrangements are available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with dispatching drivers and coordinating load assignments in real time

• Track in-transit shipments and monitor load progress throughout the shift

• Provide accurate, timely updates to brokers and customers on load status, ETAs, and any delays

• Communicate with drivers to confirm pickups, deliveries, and any issues on the road

• Update load statuses, ETAs, and notes in the TMS throughout the shift

• Escalate delays, breakdowns, or load discrepancies to the appropriate team members promptly

• Assist with documentation and record-keeping for all active loads

• Support broker communication via load boards and direct outreach as needed

TOOLS AND PLATFORMS

Experience with any of the following is an advantage, though full training will be provided:

• ProTransport TMS

• Sylectus

• DAT load board

• Other US broker boards and load tracking platforms

REQUIREMENTS

• Must reside in Brcko or the immediate surrounding area — this is a Brcko office position only

• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal — all work is conducted in English

• Ability to work the night shift reliably and consistently

• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

• Able to manage multiple active loads simultaneously without losing accuracy

• Prior experience in US trucking, dispatch, or logistics tracking is a plus but not required

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

• College degree preferred but not required
