        We are looking for Digitization Systems Specialist (m/f).

Uvjeti:
Technical Requirements:
- Platform architecture for horizontal scale: stateless services, object storage, database replication, CDN-first delivery, experience scaling systems 5× in production
- Video and media infrastructure: storage, transcoding pipelines, streaming protocols, and delivery optimisation
- Object storage architecture, including the real-world challenges of migrating from filesystem-based storage
- PostgreSQL at scale, including replication strategies and performance tuning
- Kubernetes in production environments
- Consumer video platforms as a domain; you’ve worked on systems where users upload, store, and watch video at scale
- Actively engaged with frontier AI and its implications for platform architecture, content understanding, and product experience; whether through direct implementation or by designing systems that enable it at scale. Experience with multi-agent systems is a strong plus
- European market experience, including GDPR and data residency considerations
- GPU / ML pipeline exposure is a massive plus; we operate video and ML workloads in production
