Digital Product Manager - Waste Management Solutions (m/f/d)

        1. Customer & Product Discovery
- Analyze customer, supplier, and operational challenges regarding efficiency, compliance, transparency, and sustainability in waste management
- Drive problem / solution hypotheses and discover scalable digital opportunities by collaborating with sales, operations, and technology stakeholders to achieve product-market fit

2. Digital Product Management
- Define and evolve digital products and platform services for waste management and circular economy use cases
- Define product vision, outline roadmaps, prioritize MVP features, and translate business/operational needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Work closely with UX designers, engineers, and delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle using agile, iterative approaches

3. Business & Platform Strategy
- Develop and validate business cases for digital products, platforms, and data-driven services
- Quantify value drivers (automation benefits, cost savings, operational efficiency, customer retention, and new revenue streams), and support pricing strategy, monetization models and go-to-market strategies
- Evaluate “Build-vs.-Buy” scenarios and analyze market trends, ESG regulations, and competition within waste management, recycling, ESG, and circular economy ecosystems to build scalable platform strategies

4. Waste Management & Operational Excellence
- Analyze and optimize operational waste management processes and digital service workflows
- Support harmonization and standardization of international customer and operational requirements
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational scalability
- Contribute to the development of data-driven and compliance-oriented waste management solutions
- Support initiatives related to ESG reporting, recycling transparency, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Promote lean, agile, and fail-fast principles to accelerate learning and reduce delivery risks

Uvjeti:
The ideal candidate understands the challenges of modern waste management operations, sustainability requirements, regulatory complexity, and the growing importance of digitalization, data, and platform ecosystems in the industry.

- Several years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Development, Digital Transformation, or related roles
- Solid experience within waste management, recycling, environmental services, logistics, circular economy, or sustainability-related industries
- Strong understanding of digital products, SaaS solutions, platform business models, and data-driven services
- Experience with customer discovery, product roadmaps, MVP development, and agile product delivery
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate complexity into actionable solutions
- Experience developing business cases, KPI frameworks, and value-driven product strategies
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business, technology, operations, and commercial teams. Understanding of waste management operations, compliance requirements, or environmental regulations is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages like German or Polish are a plus
