Designer In Training - Telecommunication (m/f)

        TechServ is looking for a Designer in Training (m/f) to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and no telecommunications experience is required. We will provide all the training you need to be successful.

In this role, you'll learn how to design fiber optic networks using specialized software. You'll work with maps, drawings, and project information to create designs that help bring internet and communication services to homes and businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update network designs using specialized software
- Review maps, aerial imagery, and other project information
- Prepare design drawings and project documentation
- Check your work for accuracy and make corrections when needed
- Follow client standards and company procedures
- Work with your team to complete projects on schedule

Uvjeti:
Qualifications:
- No industry experience is required
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good written and spoken English
- A willingness to learn and accept feedback
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

These qualifications are helpful but not required:
- Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Education in engineering, drafting, IT, geography, or a related field
- Experience working with maps or GIS software

That's why all new team members undergo two weeks of training to gain all the necessary skills for success. Training will be conducted on-site in Zagreb (Croatia).
