Customs Declarant (m/f)

Opis posla

        - Prepare and process import, export, and transit customs declarations (AIS, ECS and NCTS).
- Work daily with Brix, COMBIS, Navis, F4B, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office.
- Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational and customs-related issues.

Uvjeti:
- Secondary school education (high school diploma) or University.
- Preferably at least one year of experience as a Customs Declarant.
- Certification as an Authorized Customs Representative is considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive willingness to learn and work as part of a team
