This is your opportunity to:
- Provide customer support and advisory to AMFG customers
- Help customers to onboard and benefit from AMFG
- Work closely with customers to assess & solve their business challenges using the AMFG product
- Be part of a fast-growing software product company in industrial 3D Printing that develops state-of-the-art digital solutions to complex problems
- Learn and fulfill your potential in an open, knowledge-driven culture

Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on best practice product usage
- Respond to customer support inquiries
- Produce customer product documentation

Uvjeti:
You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:
- Minimum two years of experience in customer communication
- Experience in customer product support
- Fluent in English
- University degree
