        We're the AI front desk for boutique hotels across Europe - automating guest messaging, check-in, digital keys and upsells. Trusted by 100+ properties. Lean, remote team mostly based in Belgium (sales), France & Croatia (development & support) 

The role
Help our hotel clients get the most out of AskWhisper: onboard new properties, answer their questions, and keep them happy and successful. You'll be their main point of contact and the bridge between our customers and our product team.

What you will do:
- Guide new hotels through setup and get them live
- Be the friendly, reliable voice hotels turn to for help
- Keep accounts healthy and catch issues early
- Share customer feedback with our team to shape the product

Uvjeti:
Who we are looking for:
Most important, in order:
- Great with people - warm, patient, genuinely helpful
- Great with software - you learn new tools fast and enjoy it
- Excellent English - clear and confident, spoken and written

Bonus: experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.

We're open for various profiles. We mainly are looking for a highly motivated individual that takes initiative and likes working independently.
