        Job Title: Customer Service/ Track and Trace
Location: Banja Luka (remote work)
Employment Type: Full-time
This
role is responsible for monitoring and tracking freight shipments in real time
to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a
fast-paced logistics environment and possess strong communication and
problem-solving skills. We are also looking for someone who is willing to work
Monday to Friday, second shift.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track shipments in real time to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Communicate with carriers and brokers via phone as the primary tracking method
• Inform
     team members of any potential issues, delays, or disruptions in transit
• Identify special requirements for each shipment and prioritize time-sensitive loads
• Record, update and maintain accurate information in tracking and logistics software system
• Perform other related duties as required to support smooth operations

Skills 

 • Proficiency
     in English, both written and spoken
• Computer literacy; experience with transportation tracking software is a plus
• Communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
