Customer Service Representative (m/f)

Opis posla

        As a part of our busy Sales Team, you will be processing online orders, dealing with customer queries and issues, both pre-sale and post-sale, offering exceptional customer service, and also answering phone and live chat inquiries. You will, of course, have full support from your team while doing it!

We are looking for a proactive and positive individual for this challenging role. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Uvjeti:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- ERP/Accounting system experience (Sales Order Processing etc.)
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent English
- Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Suite
