Opis posla
A Customer Service and Administration Officer (m/f) is responsible for providing professional customer support while managing daily administrative tasks.
The role includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing documentation, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient office operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties & Resposibility :
- Responsible for the efficient administration of office operations, including document management, employee file maintenance, supplier coordination, travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provides comprehensive customer service support by managing the order-to-billing process, maintaining customer and product data, handling customer inquiries and claims, and coordinating closely with sales, logistics, finance, and suppliers
- Monitors inventory levels and product availability, supports demand planning and procurement activities, coordinates imports and transportation, and ensures proper management of product returns and shelf-life control
- Delivers financial and administrative support through the registration of sales, purchases, and expenses in the system, while ensuring accurate stock reconciliation with logistics partners and maintaining relevant records
- Prepares reports, presentations, and business documentation for management, contributes to process improvements, and provides cross-functional support to ensure the smooth execution of daily business operations
Uvjeti:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Good understanding of administrative, customer service, and basic financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
